Is your office on the highest floor? Try taking the stairs for the first 3 or 4 floors, then use the elevator to go the rest of the way. Work your may up to taking the stairs all the way up to your office!
Make use of your public library – check out DVDs of exercise videos or books on CD to walk and listen.
