Want to go for a walk outside in the cold? Keep warm by layering up correctly: 1) wear a moisture-wicking fabric that pulls moisture from your skin (a thin, Drifit long-sleeve will work); 2) then add a layer of fleece; lastly, cover yourself with a thin waterproof jacket.
Order salad dressing on the side. Dip sparingly to reduce the fat, calories, and the likelihood of you getting soggy lettuce.
